Message from Meredith:

I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals, couples, and families to break free from the patterns that keep us most stuck.  I firmly believe that we all make perfect sense within our unique stories and that people are always doing their very best with their current knowledge and tools. When we are struggling to manage our emotions and relationships, we are often caught in painful cycles we are not consciously choosing.

In partnership with me, clients use the methods that can untangle us, once and for all, from our most knotted sources of limitation and pain.

The quality of our relationships, with both our loved ones and ourselves, determines our ability to thrive. When we can effectively identify and heal our external and internal conflicts, new paths forward appear. For this reason, I focus on building understanding and connection among (and within) individuals.

Neurodivergence-Informed

ADHD, Autism, PDA, sensory processing issues, learning disabilities, and other brain differences can significantly impact how we experience ourselves, others, and the world. Acknowledging and attending to these differences is often critical to the success of therapy.

While I draw from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, I most often use
