For online therapy, the therapist and client(s) meet through a secure, private online video platform, rather than meeting at a physical office location

YES! Research by reputable organizations overwhelmingly supports the conclusion that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for treating most mental health concerns and for the use of most therapeutic approaches.

The feedback I've received from clients, many of whom have tried both formats, is that they feel equally, if not more comfortable seeing a therapist in an online environment.

• The privacy of an online vs. in-person waiting room

• Access to private, quiet, and distraction-free space you can use for sessions (people often join sessions from their home, office, or parked car)

• A strong, reliable Wi-Fi connection

• The ability to join each session from within Georgia's state lines (due to state laws)

A standard ONE-HOUR session costs $160. Shorter/longer sessions may be available, as needed.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if you receive Out-of-network (OON) benefits from your insurance, I can offer a receipt (a "superbill") with the details needed for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier, if applicable. I also accept HSA and FSA cards for payment.
